Remote Live Chat Support Agent (No Phone Call)

As a Remote Live Chat Support Agent, your primary responsibility will be to engage with customers in real-time to address their service needs without ever picking up a phone. From troubleshooting orders to providing updates on shipping, you’ll ensure that customers have a seamless shopping experience. This role is perfect for tech-savvy communicators who thrive in fast-paced environments and are committed to upholding the highest standards of customer service.

What you will be doing: Live chat customer support agents handle incoming customer support questions via live chat on businesses’ websites and social media accounts. These could be support questions from existing customers or sales questions from potential new customers. 

Contract length: No fixed term.

Rate: $35 per hour.

Skills/background needed: Must have a device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop). Be able to work independently. Ability to closely follow provided steps and instructions. Have 10+ hours availability per week. Reliable internet connection.

Hours per week: 10 + hours a week.

Location: Remote work online (United States preferred).
